THRIVE@WORK - Training programme for well-being at work for HR managers that want their organisations to thrive
Learning objectives:
The learning objectives of this project were:
To develop a comprehensive EU Handbook for well-being programs, including best practices, identifying existing gaps, and providing practical guidance for Human Resources professionals on workplace well-being.
To create the THRIVE@WORK Training and Mentoring Programme, which includes presentations, a handbook, videos, self-evaluation tools, an e-library, and guided mindfulness exercises.
To launch the THRIVE@WORK Online Training Platform, a platform where users can access project resources, engage in discussions, and exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices related to workplace well-being.
On average, people spend 90,000 hours at work over their lifetime. Therefore, well-being at work is essential for a happy, serene, and fulfilled life, as it significantly impacts our overall mental and physical health.
With the THRIVE@WORK project, we aim to promote stress prevention and well-being in the workplace. We encourage Human Resources professionals, Vocational Education and Training trainers, CEOs, and company owners to invest in programs that support the psychosocial well-being of their staff.
By addressing current perceptions, intentions, challenges, and needs related to workplace well-being, we have developed a comprehensive training program, conducted pilot laboratories to test and evaluate the program, and created the THRIVE@WORK Online Platform.
This platform serves Human Resources professionals and anyone interested in fostering a healthier work environment.
